Returns

We accept returns for refunds within 14 days of delivery. We accept exchanges and credit note returns within 21 days of delivery.
To lodge a return or request an exchange or credit note, all jewellery must be in its original condition and packaging.
We do not accept returns on engraved items, and due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
All purchases on product marked down at 30% or more are not valid for refunds, exchanges or credit vouchers unless deemed faulty.
