Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Kirstin Ash [full legal entity name, ABN and registered address] (“Kirstin Ash”, “we”, “us”).

2. Promotion period
The promotion opens at 10AM AEDT on October 9, 2026 and runs until the third eligible order has been placed and confirmed under clause 7 (“Promotion Period”). There is no fixed end date. Once three eligible customers have been confirmed, the promotion closes automatically, no further Prizes will be awarded, and a notice will be posted on this page.

3. Who can enter
The promotion is open to those aged 18 years or over. Employees of Kirstin Ash and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. How to qualify
To be eligible, a customer must, during the Promotion Period:

• (a) place a single order on [website URL] totalling AUD $1,000 or more, which includes at least one piece from the SOLAR Collection; and

• (b) be subscribed to the Kirstin Ash email database at the time of purchase.

SOLAR pieces may be purchased together with other pieces from the Kirstin Ash range to reach the $1,000 threshold. Orders cannot be combined, and the $1,000 must be spent in a single transaction.

5. Calculating the order total
The $1,000 threshold is calculated on the value of the items after discounts and promotional codes are applied, and excludes shipping, taxes, duties and gift cards.

6. Winners
The first three customers who meet all the eligibility criteria in clause 4 will each win one complimentary one-on-one spiritual consultation with astrologer Grace Tebble (the “Prize”). “First” is determined by the date and time an order is successfully placed and recorded in our system, to the nearest second. Our records are final.

7. Confirmation of winners
An order is not counted as a winning order until it has been confirmed, meaning payment has cleared and the order has not been cancelled or refunded within 30 days of purchase. We will notify the first three customers within 48 hours of placing their order, but a winning order may be reassigned under clause 10 if it is later cancelled or refunded.

8. The Prize

• The Prize is one [length, e.g. 60-minute] consultation per winner, held via Zoom or in person, as chosen by the winner, subject to availability [and location, with in-person sessions held in Sydney.

• The consultation is provided by Grace Tebble, an independent astrologer, and is intended for personal enrichment and entertainment. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice.

• The Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other item.

• Travel, accommodation and any other costs of attending an in-person session are the winner’s responsibility.

9. Notification and redemption
Winners will be contacted by our Customer Care team by email, at the address used for the order, within 24 hours of placing their order. The email will include a consultation voucher and instructions on how to book a session with Grace. Vouchers must be redeemed within 90 days of being issued. If a voucher is not redeemed within that time, the Prize is forfeited and we have no further obligation to the winner.

10. Cancelled, returned or refunded orders
If a winning order is cancelled, refunded or returned in whole or in part so that the order total falls below $1,000, or no longer includes a SOLAR piece, the winner will no longer be eligible and the Prize (including any unused voucher) will be forfeited. In that case the promotion will remain open, and the next customer to place an eligible order will qualify, until three eligible orders have been confirmed.

11. Disqualification
We may disqualify any entry that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, in breach of these terms, or placed through unauthorised or automated means. Our decision is final, and we will not enter into correspondence about it.

12. Email subscription
By subscribing to the Kirstin Ash email database, you agree to receive marketing communications from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not affect orders already placed, but a customer must be subscribed at the time of purchase to be eligible.

13. Privacy
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Winners agree that we may share their name and contact details with Grace Tebble solely to arrange the consultation.

14. Publicity
Winners may be invited, but are not required, to share their experience. We will not use a winner’s name or image in our marketing without their written consent.

15. General

• Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.

• To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Kirstin Ash is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the promotion or the Prize, including the consultation itself, or for technical failures affecting Zoom sessions.

• If the promotion is disrupted by events beyond our control, we may modify, suspend or cancel it, and will post any changes on this page.

• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
  
  

GWP PROMOTIONS 

All orders placed within conditions of receiving a Gift With Purchase promotion are valid for regular returns.

If you opt for a refund for your return, your Gift With Purchase item must also be returned in unopened and unworn conditions.

If you decide to return an item without returning the Gift With Purchase item(s), our standard returns policy will be void and a credit note will be provided for your return.
