9k Solid Gold

Our solid gold pieces are crafted in 9k gold – a thoughtfully balanced composition with a higher proportion of alloyed metals, making each piece exceptionally durable, resistant to long term wear. Our 9k gold is chosen with intention to reflect the colour of a soft and muted tone of gold.

Designed to become a modern heirloom, you can treasure your 9k solid gold pieces for generations to come.

Pretty but compromised quality
Got these earrings because they look pretty and got good reviews. They were indeed pretty, smaller than I thought, still pretty though. Unfortunately , one of them got loose on the hinge and just fell off in less than 2 weeks.

Hi Christine,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are so sorry to hear that you’ve lost one of your Valencia Topaz Hoops due to the hinge coming loose. We completely understand how disappointing this would have been, especially after only having them for a few short weeks.

Our sterling silver pieces are covered by a 6 month warranty, and as your earrings are still well within this timeframe, we would love to arrange a replacement for you. Could you please email our Customer Care team so we can organise this for you?

We are also flagging this with our Quality Control team for review, as we want to make sure we’re continuing to maintain the quality our customers expect from us.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, Christine. We look forward to getting this resolved for you.

Kindest,
Kirstin Ash Customer Service Team
