Shipping

Due to high order volumes, our dispatch times are currently slightly longer than usual. Orders may experience a delay of up to 24–48 hours before being dispatched.

As a result, we are temporarily unable to honour our usual 1pm same-day dispatch promise. We expect this to be in place for the next few weeks while our team works through the increased demand.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding and are working hard to have your order on its way as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING 

All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours, Monday through Friday, and shipped via your selected shipping service. Orders placed prior to 1PM will be shipped the same day. 

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

As we process orders quickly, we're unable to cancel, modify, add or remove items once an order has been placed. This includes changes to sizes, colours, quantities, products, and delivery details.

If you've made an error with your shipping address, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to assist before your order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once processing has begun.

Shipping on Australian Orders

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. To check your estimated delivery times, please check your postcode here. 

DELIVERIES

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office for collection. You will need to present your missed delivery card and a valid form of ID to collect your order.

If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, you can update your delivery preferences through the Australia Post app before delivery.

New Zealand Orders

New Zealand orders are sent from our base in Christchurch. Delivery is typically 1-3 business days. However please note, for engraved orders and any items are out of stock, we do also send from our Sydney studio using DHL Express which is has a fast delivery at 1-3 business days.

United Kingdom and Europe Orders

UK and European orders are sent from our Australia Studio via DHL Express. Delivery is typically 1-3 business days within the UK, however it can be up to 5 business days depending on your location. Shipping for other European countries is noted between 2-5 business days. To find out more information about your location please click here

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note when ordering on uk.kirstinash.com or eu.kirstinash.com, all duties and taxes are covered for our customers and there will be no customs delays due to this. 

United States Orders

US orders are sent from our Australia Studio via DHL Express and are delivered within 1-3 business days (depending on location).  We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note: we do not cover the return postage cost, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international orders.

Other International Orders

International orders are sent via DHL Express service and are typically received within 5-14 business days (depending on location).
