All items are packed in our beautiful chocolate brown, branded jewellery boxes.

For someone special, gift wrap adds an elevated touch. To add gift wrap to your order, simply add it to your cart upon checkout, as well as your personalised message.

While our packaging is designed for gifting, we do not recommend storing your jewellery in its original box or pouch long-term, as limited airflow may contribute to tarnishing over time.

Returns

• 14 days from delivery for a refund. 21 days from delivery for exchanges and credit notes
• Engraved items, earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return
• A $10 AUD handling fee is deducted from refunds for Australian orders, or $10 NZD for New Zealand orders. For all other countries, a fee equivalent to $20 AUD is deducted.
